You have to explain why you created the request and why it should be approved. I recommend following the style of the descriptions of more experienced users' requests.

It looks okay for a first start as it lets us see your thought processes behind proposing the request. It may not be perfect, but that's okay; no request ever is. Further discussion will fill in the gaps, find holes in the logic that need to be addressed, and allow any supporters to argue your side.
As the request hasn't been approved or rejected yet, it's not too late. We can still change our votes if we think to review the thread.
And lastly, thank you for going back and adding a reason. It is appreciated, I think. :)

I think that a good description depends on writing skills and talent.
