So it turns out the Hot Dog Stand theme from April Fools day doesn't go away unless you push the button to make it do so.
As a result, I've been voluntarily trapped in the Hot Dog Stand theme for three days.
It may be utterly hideous, but I'll be damned if I'm the one to crack first. Beating a website at a practical joke is a totally normal and possible thing to try and do.
Pity the timer resets every 24 hours though. By my count I'm on 55 hours and 18 minutes.

there is going to be someone who comments on this who's used the hotdog theme for the past x amount of years since they joined.

Update: the banner text finally changed. It now reads "The joke is over, leave while you still can!" The button underneath is now labelled "Ok ):". If anything this makes me more determined to stick around and see what happens.

I was thinking exactly the same thing.
I won't be tricked by your mind games, Hot Dog Stand theme.
There's always money in the hot dog stand.
My PC crashed and now the hot dogs are gone :(

I mean, it's still selectable as a theme if you want to return to mustard hell.
