create implication hyper_fangs (0) -> huge_fangs (14)

Reason: Big_fangs are fangs that are bigger than normal fangs.

I found the tag big_fangs and thought I also add hyper_fangs, and huge_fangs, in case someone wants to use it in the future.

I also think we should alias cute_fangs to small_fangs, so it is more objectively. But I guess most people would hate this.
