Reason: The artist don't use it that username anymore and either hate it
puppkittyfan1 is the new username provided by them

It would help if you had actually provided a link or full screenshot to the tweet, rather than censoring the names and leaving it up as essentially hearsay.
If puppkittyfan1 is what they want to be referred to from now on, then your suggestion in topic #32931 would be invalid and would conflict with topic #32933 anyways.
In addition, you should also consider aliasing the rest of their characters to reflect their new alias, see list.

I honestly couldn't find a connection between the account you had linked and that of the artist's wiki (i.e., art accounts).
There were, however, multiple sources that referenced the Twitter account you linked with that of their old aliases in the form of (probably harassing) call-out posts, but I'm not sure about the validity of it.
I will give you the benefit of the doubt though and say that they are the same person.

Sorry, I did a typo, but yeah your alias requests cannot be in a chain like this (i.e., topic #32931 & topic #32933).
Aliasing puppychan to pepper_(puppychan48) will throw up errors when trying to alias the latter to pepper_(puppkittyfan1), it would work if both tags were to immediately alias pepper_(puppkittyfan1) instead.
Regardless of what gets aliased, I also mentioned that puppychan is too similar to the artist's alias, so mass updating it would be a better choice.

I will make the BURs for you, go and check forum #330124 & forum #330127.
