today I tried entering the website and it kept giving me a 403, access denied error, and I thought, this couldn't be a case of bad user-agent, or outdated API, as I was accessing it through the browser, I've waited around for approximately 5 hours to see if anything would change, and no, nothing happened (I am currently using a vpn to access it), could there be a change my IP got blocked for some reason ?

I think they hand out IP bans from time to time. If your Internet Service Provider (ISP) does dynamic IP addresses for you (most do), there's nothing you can do except turn off your devices overnight and hope the ISP changes your IP again.
