Reminds me somewhat of the centaur Chiron, who in the ancient Greek tradition, was portrayed differently from other centaurs in that his lower half's forelegs were human instead of equine, meaning that he could very well be portrayed with both human and equine genitalia.

perhaps? Any taur portrayed in a manner similar to Chiron, from an extra set of genitals up front where they would be in a regular anthro to full on front half is normal anthro with an extra back half stuck to the rear end.
