Two things.
1. Do we really need the _(artist) suffix here?
2. Why is the proposed alias to toppingtart, and not tartnsfw? That name came from a Tumblr and Twitter accounts, but both of these are now deleted. Most of their current accounts are under the tartnsfw name.

2. Because the toppingtart_(artist) tag already exists, while the alias request gets angry if you try to alias to tags that don't.
