remove alias anime (2) -> invalid_tag (2)

Reason: This tag was formerly used to describe images drawn in the recognizable anime style. It was invalidated, from what I can tell, because it was being used for a lot besides that, such as any character from an anime regardless of the style of the particular drawing. However, it is still located under “Art Styles” at tag group:art. We still have tags to describe all sorts of other art styles, like toony and photorealism, but currently none to describe the anime style. My solution is to turn anime into a disambiguation tag in the invalid category that can redirect users either to a new tag (something like anime_(style)), or provide a list of popular animes that they might be able to tag instead.

EDIT: The bulk update request #1593 (forum #320877) has been approved by @slyroon.

whoever invalidated anime as an art style was probably an art teacher.

Separate from the art style discussion, an additional problem with "anime" as a tag name is it can also refer to the source media. E.g. Beastars or Brand New Animal are anime, and some people may tag anime on them regardless of the visual style a given post has. It may be worth keeping this invalid to make people think about what they're trying to tag with it, and use the appropriate tag (if any) instead.

Well, I agree - hence why I was trying to make it a disambiguation tag instead, then to direct people either towards anime_style or a list of popular anime copyright tags. But in order to do that, the tag has to be unaliased from invalid_tag first.
