Topic: How does one create a set?

I have had two e621 accounts by now (the first I deleted a few months ago out of lack of interest, the second one I've created the 14th of November, 2021), and never have I been able to figure out how to create a set, nor have I been able to find any information on it, not even the help sections in regards to sets has been any help at all.

So, how do you do it? Do you need to donate to e621, have an account for more than 6 months (which is around the age of my first one when I deleted it) or do only staff-members and a handful of hand-selected people get to do it? What are the criteria, or where could I find information on them?

(also on a side note, I went through the help section a lot recently, and it seems incredibly sparse? I mean Help: Forum only contains two sentences, is there any other place to get reliable information?)

To answer your other questions, any registered user can make sets. You don't need to have an account for at least six months nor need you be staff, Privileged, a Contributor, or just plain special. For more information on sets, check out the wiki page.
