However, I do not even saw Naruto Shippuden, or Boruto. Not that I thought they were bad, or I would not enjoy seeing it with my cousings (I enjoy more seeing a show sharing with others). But I think that the first version was good enough, and then I moved on.

The clear battle disadvantage reminds me of Gate: Jieitai Kanochi nite, Kaku Tatakaeri, with an even more absurd technological difference (modern vs medieval weapons).
I wouldn't call it a battle per se (more like a massacre) but it is still entertaining to watch, especially the latter one with a reference to Apocalypse Now.

Probably really basic but, UI Goku vs Jiren is sick. It's flashy and looks cool, the music is subline with UI's theme being perfect for what it is. A lot of major DB fights are good anyway but it certainly sticks out as the best of Super.

From Overlord, Ainz vs Shalltear. It reminded me a lot of an MMO / RPG PvP battle, which really tickled my fan bone for those genres.
Now, frankly a whole bunch of the fights from Overlord satisfied me, but this one took quite a lot of care to the detail. It had me grinning like an idiot at the end, something not a lot of things make me do anymore.
