Reason: Nimbus is the English name version of Shiro from game World Flipper.

Have to agree with this. If it's a popular fan localization, it can later be aliased to an official localization. It should only use the original Japanese name if it's all uncommon localizations.

The Nimbus name is the official English localisation (based on the game copy downloaded from Play Store under UK IP).
