The tag alias #53408 blonde_tail -> yellow_tail has been approved.

Reason: As discussed here: https://e621.net/forum_topics/30576?page=1#forum_post_315771 - blonde_fur is aliased to yellow_fur, and for consistency, blonde_tail should do the same.

(blonde_hair remains unchanged.)

EDIT: The tag alias blonde_tail -> yellow_tail (forum #315783) has been approved by @Rainbow_Dash.
