so heres the thing,i upload somthing and it stays up for a few weeks then gets deleted,but some of my posts stay up,what the hell is going on i dont understand this fucking standerds shit can somone tell me whats up

When you upload a post, it does not get approved instantly. It will need to be approved by staff for it to stay.
If a post doesn't get approved for 30 days, it automatically gets deleted. If your post does not meet quality standards, it will get deleted as well.
If you don't agree with the deletion after looking through the criteria for quality standards (see topic #23578), you can contest the decision by sending the staff in question a message. Be respectful with your message.
E621 is not your personal gallery, it's a furry art archive. It's often recommended that artists do not upload their own artwork for this very reason, and it instead try using DeviantArt, FurAffinity, etc. Those are galleries, this is not.
