Why is there a limit on DM's? I was trying to help some people out because they said their blacklist wasn't working, but I kept getting "sender has reached hourly limit" so I couldn't help them.

So, there's a limit of one new DM per hour, and one reply per hour? Is that right? Because that's ridiculous. I do understand the need for a DM limit to avoid spam, but that is incredibly strict! I wanted to send a second reply because I wanted to correct a mistake I made in the first reply, but I have to wait a whole hour to do that?

I've definitely sent more than 1 DM in an hour

Based on the config files, the limit is 20 DMails per hour, but no more than 1 DMail per minute.

I tried to send two right now (To two people needing blacklist help). First went through just fine. Second gave me this.

"Error: Sender have reached the hourly limit for this action"

(That's not even proper grammar, smh)

You hit your minutely limit, it just still says hourly.
