Topic: Searching for “Myself” in comments from the Accounts

Posted under General

Why do I see things I have never seen before in the feed, how do they relate to me and why are there random conversations in there? There was something 1 month but I don’t even remotely remember seeing the post nor typing anything in it.

Well, your username is "Long Rat", so searching for "yourself" searches for comments that say "long rat".
...Actually looking deeper, it doesn't even need to be that exact phrase. As long as the words "long" and "rat" are anywhere in the comment, it'll be found.

When you're searching for "myself" in comments, blips, or forums, you're pulling up any post that mentions your user name. However, considering what your user name is, you're also getting false positives whenever someone says "long rat", "long", or "rat" in any context.
