I dunno. An inside-the-mouth view of somebody suckling a nipple and licking it with their tongue would not be tongue_out. Question is, is that a big enough thing to stop the implication, or a small enough exception to go through with it?

I think if the tongue is interacting with something inside the character's mouth it would be better tagged with sucking or similar tag.

Tongues don't always come from inside of something on this site... What about, I dunno, a tongue monster or something? I'm sure there's a few like that, but I don't know if that matters.

I think in that instance since the tongue isn't actually coming out of anything it should be tagged just with tongue and not tongue_out.

If we have them, they'd probably end up getting marked tentacle_monster because that's probably what it'd look like superficially.
