I noticed useless_clothes in the recently changed wiki pages list, but as far as I can tell it is basically just ineffective_clothing. The only possible difference I can see is I don't know if nipple_outline or penis_outline make a piece of clothing "ineffective". Also there are a few posts that aren't quite ineffective, because the clothing has been pulled aside or torn open, so it would need to be cleaned up somewhat before an alias could be applied.
