I don't see what's the big deal about the cheese grater.

Same for, some overly gross things as the cheese grater will not gross me out I've seen far worse things (and at the top of the list would be the insides of a human body... anyway) but vore hit a special chord.

The cheese grater is old. If it was a picture of it being done IRL, then I would lose my lunch several times over and call Paramedics and beg them to put me to sleep. But since it's the e621 version of it, it's kinda old.
