Ok so uh, same issue as the old foreskin debate issue.

State based tagging problem:

Pussy_Circumcision refers to the act as it is happening
Circumcised_Pussy refers to it after it is done.
The problem is, do I remove tags like "Genital Torture" because its not happening RIGHT now with the latter tag.

I would say that genital_torture should only apply during or in the immediate aftermath of the act.
Same goes with how circumcised does not imply genital_torture, while circumcision does.
