Aliasing phallus → penis

Reason:

A more technical term for the same thing. Since it does actually get used sometimes, it would probably work better if it was just aliased. Since I doubt anyone's going to think to search it separately and images tend to get lost under there otherwise.

Or we could keep it for penis-shaped objects that aren't penises or dildos post #61068, but if the tag is going to be abused, the alias might make sense.
EDIT: without the phallus tag, we still have dildo, improvised_dildo, cock_transformation, penis, disembodied_penis, and two pictures that would simply have to be sculpture, so it's not really a necessary tag, and since it's usually used for penis, aliasing it probably makes sense.

It's a fair point. I moved those (the two sculpture-ish ones) to phallic. Since phallic already has a few odd cases like this (things which look penis-shaped but aren't any of the above), and it's far less likely to get misused for when someone actually means penis. It was a good catch though, and I think phallic was the better form of the tag for odd cases like those anyways.

Like you mentioned though, we do have better tags for everything else. And the overwhelming use of phallus is for one form of penis or another (excluding, of course, the occasional mistagged dildo. But that happens with every form of the penis tag and just has to be fixed-whenever-found). So I think as an alias, it could still work.
