My guess is that the tag is supposed to refer to when the inside of a foreskin is shown (for example, post #1547800), but if that is the case then it would appear to be mistagged. At the moment, it is basically a duplicate of retracted_foreskin.

I support cleaning it up, approving the implication and using it for the specific purpose that I mentioned.

This really shouldnt be tagged to be honest. The tag wed probably want to Alias Inner Foreskin to would be Sulcus

Thank you for that. You don't know how long I've been trying to find the name for it. I agree, sulcus is a much better tag for what I was thinking of

No problem! E6 isnt exactly super robust on its anatomical tags as theyre often considered too niche, but I'd love to see a sulcus tag.
