Reason: Bring the "pegging" implications mostly up to date with new tags.
- male is a redundant implication.
- sex_toy should be implied through sex_toy_in_ass, but doesn't currently. This will be handled in a separate BUR.

This BUR doesn't affect the request below, but if it does go through, then male/female, and male_penetrated can be removed from pegging.
