So, I've noticed that there is art of the character Asui Tsuyu onsite with just them or with another human partner, but the thing is, I've also found that art of the character has been removed at one point for being irrelevant to the site, despite in concept, being similar to other art by having the long tongue. So I'm curious on why that is?

It probably depends on which mod gets to it first since some are stricter than others and might delete it. Things like pointy ears or a tail get a pass if they're visible, but a long tongue might not be animalistic enough for some to let it slide.

Ah, I'm not a big fan of inconsistencies like that, but I guess it makes sense that each person has their own ideas on what should and shouldn't be allowed, thanks!
