Reason:

Hyper

If only the nipples on a character are hyper, does that mean the whole character is hyper? Can't currently search through posts to find examples, but I feel like there might be some instances where this is not the case. So, not sure.

It's my understanding that the hyper tag is an umbrella tag for all the hyper_[insert specific body part that is hyper-sized here] tags. I don't think it's meant to be used by itself for hyper-everything characters (because that would be a lot less specific than tagging what is actually hyper in the image). Also, almost every other hyper_* tag I can think of has already been implicated to hyper. So it would make sense to do this one as well.

That sort of hyper is supposed to be tagged as Hyperactive, though it seems not very many images have that tag. I guess people just didn't think to tag it.
