How about just aliasing cum_on_thighs to cum_on_leg?
I think we have way too many cum tags, and should prune them down where possible.

Agreed, the thigh is part of the leg. Also cum_on_thigh

I only use the specific/obscure cum_on* tags in conjunction with excessive_cum; I feel it fits the mood to also have half the screen covered in cum tags.
