I uploaded an artwork just to realize i missed a detail (a couple of horns to be precise), so, can i "update" the artwork or should i just re upload it with the fix?

If the reason to replace a post was because of an error in making it, then you can just re-upload the art with the fix and flag the old version as an inferior version of the new version. It's best to explain in the description of the new version that a fix was applied.
