I'd need help finding a visual novel I saw advertised on e621 about a week ago.

It was a dating/nsfw interactive novel that could be played online. It featured characters including:
A shy blue raptor
A depressed ice dragon
A scalie gun nut
Some horse dude named Kase (or similar)

The plot involved the player moving to a new town and meeting these characters (and others). The ending featured an evil company trying to steal some prototype weapon (although I am not sure if that is entirely correct).

Any help or leads would be great.
