Aliasing monotone → monochrome

Reason:

I keep seeing this get mistagged by people intending to write monochrome. Since monotone isn't a likely tag to be used we should consider aliasing it (even if it would be applicable, monotone_voice, monotone_beep, etc. would make more sense anyways).

That or monotone -> invalid_tag, for the same reasons listed above. The only downside with this is a few things not getting marked monochrome right away.

I like the idea of aliasing it to monochrome because I've seen up to thirty images in there at times, and all of them were monochromatic. That's remarkably consistent so an alias would work.
