The tag implication #32604 against_tree -> against_wall has been rejected.
Reason: From "against_wall" tag description: Does not have to be an actual wall, but a tree, a pane of glass, etc.
EDIT: The tag implication against_tree -> against_wall (forum #293437) has been rejected by @Millcore.

I'm not sure if the wiki is correct. It was written in 2010, long before the other tags existed. Might be better to implicate all of these to something like against_surface.
