Reason

Rainbow_pride_flag is a misleading tag name, and is being tagged for things that aren't flags. It implies rainbow_flag, which should be used for actual flags. It is also being treated inconsistently from all of the other pride colors, which have their flag tags aliased into the color tags instead. The display name has to be changed just to make the tags look nice on the pride_colors wiki, but displaying it as a color tag only will encourage others to further mistag things as flags.

Note:

I'm posting this manually, because it wouldn't let me create a BUR, because lgbt_pride_colors already exists, even though it is aliased to another tag.

I feel like rainbow_pride_flag should be completely removed, because it on itself is confusing. There's no such thing as Rainbow Pride, it's LGBT Pride, it's just that LGBT Pride's flag is a rainbow, so it should be lgbt_pride_flag to be the most accurate and least confusing.

There are multiple LGBT pride flags, Rainbow is just one of them and the most common.

That's true, but the other LGBT pride flags represent specific minorities, while the rainbow flag is more of a generic LGBT pride flag. Wikipedia even states it as such. So I believe that changing rainbow_pride_flag to lgbt_pride_flag is a good idea and won't collide with other flags. And we could make a simple pride_flag tag as a parent tag for all the other pride flag tags.
