Topic: "repair" some random arts

Posted under General

Hello, e621 community!
From time to time I "repair" various artworks that i found at my discretion.
But I don’t know, can i post such art? It is quite difficult and long to contact with each, in fact, random artist (they are really random for me).
Naturally, in compliance with all the tags and authorship of the original artist, only mentioning himself as a "repair" (without links and other things, as a notification).
"Repair" implies small changes in any parts (removing blood, cutting art, glossing over any parts of art, etc.)
What do i do? Post such art or leave them in your personal archive?
I apologize if such questions have already been and thank you for earlier!

I'm assuming you don't know English based on the way this is written, but the word you're looking for is "edit".

Several artists have a "no edits" policy. Check conditional_dnp for anything along the lines of "edits are DNP".

so, if i do not found the artist in this list (and any other lists of DNP) i can post "edited" version? Sounds strange because the author did not draw these versions of posts. It’s not clear how moderation, users and the author will react to this when finding “modified versions”, because i ask about it.

Ye, english is not mine language, sorry
