Topic: [Feature] Allow comments to be linked without showing post

Posted under General

Requested feature overview description.
Currently comments can be linked to via comment #12345 or https://e621.net/posts/27423#comment-12345. Opening these links will show the post image as well as the comment. It would be nice if there was some method to link comments in a way that just shows the comment by itself, without a thumbnail.

Why would it be useful?
While the default functionality of comment # including a thumbnail can be helpful for providing context, it might be undesirable in some situations (e.g. post has gore or scat).

What part(s) of the site page(s) are affected?
DText, comments index.

Linking to individual comments without linking to its parent post is possible:
https://e621.net/comments/5010670
Although, I don't think that anything on the site actually links to pages like this.
The post thumbnail is still visible next to the comment. However, this thumbnail will get blocked by the blacklist.

Unfortunately, for some bizarre reason, this view does not include comment controls - you can't vote, respond, or report the message. This makes this particular page not very useful in its current state.
