Fisting is mutually exclusive with penetration according to the wiki- penetration refers to basically anything that *isn't* an arm/hand. This works fine I guess, except that the penetration tag has a lot of associated tags such as anthro_penetrating_feral which fisting cannot be used with. Is fisting just a rare enough tag that this sort of thing isn't implemented for it, or is it an oversight?
