The tag alias #46301 cum_from_ears -> cum_from_ear has been approved.
Reason: fits with the usual singular tagging. cum_from_ears implies that cum is coming from both ears whereas cum_from_ear covers cum from two ears and from one ear.

Makes sense to me.
This works and wont be that bad of a change, but the tags were pretty much used separately and the concepts of cum from one ear and cum from both are fairly different types of images.

It wouldn't be hard to find both under one tag though.
