When im on this new site on mobile. It is super sensitive, any tap, movement or swipe goes to the next image.
It's really hard to get a better look at an image without flipping to the next one. I have tried turning off the mobile version and that changes nothing.

In your account settings you can disable mobile gestures, which at least should let you browse normally until the gestures are fixed.
