It appears you might be confusing the deletion of your art (for quality reasons) with a dislike of you personally. They are not the same.

The reasons listed for deletion of your artwork is that it did not meet the minimum quality standards for e621. That is not personal; it just means you need to keep practicing and working on your skills.

As for downvotes, people here can be petty and unthinking. Downvotes are meaningless. I recommend ignoring them, especially if you're an artist or a critical thinker. Again, don't take them personally.

To be fair they did get a an angry user who was upset that there wasn't an artist tag on one of their posts for them to blacklist due to their dislike of obese content.

Yes, I saw that and responded at the time. In my opinion, though, users like that merit the same attention as downvoters. The person was rude and ungracious, and they were clearly more in the wrong than the OP.

There are people that like and dislike a certain thing, can't please everyone.

Fat is not nice/pretty by standard of majority, so it's natural for them to not like your work. But there are people that do like it.

Additionally, you are a beginner so there are also flaws in your technique so that pushes it a bit more to the negative side.

You need to learn to not pay as much attention to it, find something to draw your motivation from. Now just try and do something else and keep your mind busy with some other stuff.

1.) You have to grow some skin when you get into art. It's really annoying to see new artists act like small children the very instant they encounter someone who is less than enthusiastic about their work. Art is not for the faint of heart; you're going to be spinning your wheels for years as you try to improve your abilities and tailor your style until you find an audience. Moreover, you're going to meet a lot of people, and statistically, you're going to meet assholes too. You have to learn to deal with them; whining about how assholes are assholes is NOT dealing with them.

2.) I hunted down your art, and I can say this much: your art is boring. Fetish art tends to be boring because, by its nature, it visits the same themes over and over, being generally inflexible. However, even by that standard, your art is especially dull because you don't do any kind of exploration. You draw the same body-type in the same position from the same direction, and the only differences between them is color patterns. Moreover, what characters you do draw are lifeless and static. Fatfur art tends to suffer from this problem especially because you're dealing with a body that literally impeded from movement by its own bulk and is already half-dead because of it. Some artists have made do, however; look up Furrybob (https://e621.net/post/index/1/furrybob ) for examples. Look how his fatfur characters have life and personality to them, but also see how many of his drawings don't have fatfurs in them. Ironically, to get good at doing fetish art, you have to care about other things too.
