Various boots tag implications (and a few aliases).

Tag Implication:

• It may be best to remove the shoes implication from the high_heels tag, since high_heels can apply to other forms of footwear and there are already some high_heels variations for stuff that is not shoes.
• A high_heels implication should probably go through for high_heeled_boots, high_heeled_sandals, and high_heeled_shoes. Or alternatively, high_heels could instead be aliased to high_heeled_footwear (or some similar equivalent) and each of the aforementioned 'high_heeled ' tags can be implicated to that. Regardless, I think that high_heels (or its replacement) should imply footwear instead of shoes.
• I saw geta was a tag, but I'm not sure whether it is similar enough to sandals to be implicated to it.
• I'm also uncertain about toeless_legwear and implicating it to toeless_footwear. The tag seems like it overlaps with footwear and legwear, but at the same time I can't help but feel the 'toeless' aspect leaves it solidly within the scope of footwear. Perhaps toeless_legwear should be implicated to toeless_footwear and legwear?

I disagree with aliasing latex_boots to rubber_boots. If you search for latex boots into google, you'll get mostly the fetish, fashion boots, but if you search for rubber boots, you will get mostly rain boots, and work related boots. From a functional standpoint these terms refer to different types of boots even if the material terms are the same.

I think that the search habits will be similar for e621. If people are looking for fetish boots, they will probably use latex instead of rubber. Anyone who wants the whole assortment of rubber boot products can use the broader rubber term instead.

It's a victim of latex being aliased to rubber in general.

No problem, I'll be submitting the rest of the tags above in a BUR later, but I'll keep that in mind regarding latex_boots/rubber_boots when I'm compiling the list.
