Reason:
Both are different names for the same artist, however TheHoodedDragon seems to be the artists preferred and more used name. Should make it less confusing considering there are posts under both names.
EDIT: The tag alias otakuwraith -> thehoodeddragon (forum #279903) has been rejected by @Rainbow_Dash.
