Character named Seamus O Tuathail in MOST of his model sheets: post #1591045 , post #1591044 , post #1591043 (posted in Seamusthewolf gallery in September 2017 and posted by artist in October 2017 ),
and https://www.furaffinity.net/view/22232711/ (purple-background) posted in January 2017 by Seamusthewolf (and by artist )
and pilot version https://www.furaffinity.net/view/18539649/ (see footnote-1)

with the ONE exception just referring to him as "Seamus" https://www.furaffinity.net/view/18095764/
(with filename including "seamus-shamrock" as a leftover from when FA username was seamus-shamrock : account now "voluntarily disabled").

Apostrophe in seamus_o'tuathail tag probably a result of Seamus character being in images with "daddy" character
whose model sheet says "Reilly O'Tuathail". Reilly model sheet

Uploads in Reillyotuathail's and Seamusthewolf's gallery are Keyword tagged with "ReillyOTuathail" and "SeamusOTuathail" (which may just be avoiding apostrophes in keywords). In Seamusthewolf gallery only the models sheets (and above mentioned keywords) mention Seamus's last name (as far as i can tell).

If Seamusthewolf starts spelling character lastname as O'Tuathail, we can always reverse the alias.

footnote-1: pilot version has 2 letters with what look like acute accents in name which i think we can ignore as the accents don't appear in any other of his model sheets.

I don't know much about gaelic given names but Ó is pretty standard for the surname prefix that English contracts into the surname as O', and I'd heavily support using that if it didn't mean every tag it's in would need an alias.
