"このピザガッ！！" that you have written there says "konopizagaa!!" and that's what it says under their icon on Pixiv. The other name on twitter, they say underneath means eating pizza is a drawing activity for them. "Piza demo kuttero!". I don't know if we usually give precedence to one site or another, but the existing one from Pixiv is more established anyway, isn't it?

And what does "このピザガッ！！" mean? And what are the translations for the two.

kono piza ga ends with a stutter there. It would be the wrong particle to say "this pizza is X," but comes off sounding like someone taking a bite of it and being overcome. "This pizza-....HNNG!!" The other one's sort of a thuggish sounding "eat pizza or something."

Bump due to recent confusion. This needs to be aliased one way or the other and konopizaga!! does appear to be established more.

Mostly the former. A lot of alias and implication requests get made, and some just end up falling by the wayside.
