Going to have to give this a -1. Unguligrade is a particular form of feet, according to the wiki, and if the tag changes we at least need a replacement tag first.

Changes in what way? If unguligrade_anthro is just an anthro with unguligrade feet, it doesn't seem that different from digitigrade_feral or plantigrade_human, which don't exist. Unless you want to say they should exist, it makes sense to alias it away (though I think I'd prefer to alias it to unguligrade, so someone typing out a word like unguligrade doesn't get anthro as the first result/suggestion).

I think that might be the idea, given the other BUR

Personally I feel they are useful tags to have, and could just imply to unguligrade, but won't have any complaints if it wound up being aliased instead, as long as it's to unguligrade, not anthro.

See, this is the slippery slope people were worrying about back in that thread where Rainbow Dash made that comment about allowing back some of the gender/form combo tags, which has apparently opened the floodgates. It is starting to feel as if every adjective tag is getting its own 8 genders + 5 forms BUR.

The foot types clearly don’t need gender variants. It might actually be useful on the body forms, though. Like Furrin said, a plantigrade taur would be an unusual thing and probably worth tagging. Or, perhaps, a digitigrade human.

I am going to argue that this isn't a human. It's a humanoid.

Same, especially with those humanoid pointy ears
I suppose that works. Then we would only even need four body form variants of the foot type tags.
While we’re on the subject, perhaps we can look at this one again: https://e621.net/forum_topics/30096

Yep. Except for mid-transformation, any non-human features mean that it's a humanoid instead of human. (This even includes non-human genitalia, etc.)
