Reason:

Is a knot not a knot even if it's not a knot on a penis, or is it not a knot if it's on a knotted dildo.

Knot is on a dick, it's hot and pulses. A dildo is just a dildo.

If someone wants to look at dildos, he can simply add the tag.
I don't want dildos mixed with my knots.

When I search for penis, there are no dildos so when i search for knot there should be no dildos.

According to the wiki, knots are not exclusive to penis:

Which sounds to me like knotted_dildo should imply knot. If it's not a knot, why's it called knotted_dildo?

dildos do not have "The bulbus glandis (also called a knot) is an erectile tissue structure on the penis of canid mammals." which is written on the wiki.

It is only something that looks like it, that's all.
