There really isn't any difference between this tag and the previously-aliased ass_juice.

I'm down for the change but I'd like to browse through these posts' other tags before aliasing. Tags like these tend to shine light on other issues.
For example:
Tagged with doughnut. The proper tag is puffy_anus. We've already aliased ponut -> anus.
Wildcard search for `do*n*t` reveals similar issues.
Off the top of my head, I think we have tags for sentient tails. What I'm not sure about is whether or not autotailjob would apply here. It's pretty pedantic so I'd probably tag it anyways for later cleanup.
I don't know when bulge_frottage popped up but I think it should imply frottage. Sorry if the suggestion has already been made, but there's the issue of the implication chain bulge_frottage -> frottage -> sex.
Soft implications (tags which add the implied tag but allow for the implication to be manually removed) would be neat. I think we might be able to manage that with locked tags, but that's staff only.

In regards to your suggestion regarding doughnut, it honestly makes no sence. Why alias it to anus when most content under the tag and the wiki it self define it's use for the confectionary food and not slang for a bodypart? Instead the tag should be invalidated or disambiguated, a disambiguation that would redirect to puffy_anus and a new dounut_(food) tag.
As to the second issue, the example image is ill suited sence autotailjob like the regular tailjob requires the tail to be wrapped around the penis which isn't the case. As far as the depicted species goes the "head" on the tail general is treated as a tail_mouth/ tail_maw as such it isn't defined as a independent character, it is also stated in the wiki that the head generally lacks independent thought. I also of the option that it should be treated as a tail mouth because the head structure is very rudimentary if any at all, it is basicly just a mouth with eyeballs, there are no other identifying features.

And lastly, considering e621's tagging practices do not recognize a bulge as a penis be default implication of bulge_frottage to frottage would be ill advised sence frottage requires a viable people penis where as bulge_frottage does not.

As to the OP
I am going disagree because ambiguous_fluid generally is suppossed to be for bodily fluids of unknown orgin, the orgin of anal_juice is not exactly unknown, no more then pussy_juice or cloacal_juice.
Additionally some animal species do actually produce fluids in their anus>>.
