I have 147 favorites and I'm showing 120 posts per page, it doesn't give me the option of a second page.

Yes.
I fixed it by setting my maximum posts shown to 115 or below, anything over 115 makes the bug occur.
No (I don't know if I should leave this in or not).

Because they filled the bug report form incorrectly and replaced the title lines with the answers instead of writing answers below the titles.

It may be a little late, but I was not running any searches, I just entered my favorites page and it was like that as soon as I entered

I'm not able to reproduce this issue at all on my end. I think it may be a browser extension that is interfering with things.
