Answer is no.

It's 6 years old post, from site which has 404'd pretty much everything, possibly from furaffinity which destroys original quality of the file and where artist has wiped their content away at some point.

There might be a reason why I dearly dislike furaffinity and how content like this can legit vanish from the internet over time.

He mean that you should have used the thread that is placed in very top of whole forum thread list.
