Aliasing penetrative_pov → penetrating_pov

Reason:

I created the aforementioned tag a few weeks ago to be used for posts from the penetrator's pov and after some feedback (forum #260058) I want to alias it to a tag that matches the name of the tag used for the receptive's pov, `receiving_pov`.

EDIT: The tag alias penetrative_pov -> penetrating_pov (forum #261222) has been rejected by @Rainbow_Dash.

I just saw that the posts in penetrative_pov are now moved to penetrating_pov. I'm gonna update the relevant wiki pages right away. Thanks!

Edit: FYI, first_person_view tag is still implicated to penetrative_pov.

This alias is interfering with the BUR in topic #28127. Moderators, please reject it if the BUR is approved.
