Aliasing Seth_Haser → Seth_Häser

Reason:

Hard to search for the name when there is a key not located on english (us) keyboards.

That being the 'ä'. So people can search for seth_haser and have it search seth_häser, so that the tag can maintain the correctness of the character's name.
