Reason:

Similar to sheaths, humans don't have either.

non human genitalia =/= animal genitalia.

animal genitalia tag would not fit like for example to an elf race that has naturally some sort of genital slit that is clearly not copied from an existing animal.

Yeah, that's a good point.
Not all genital slits can be tagged as animal genitalia. I can't find any examples right now, but I've seen some weird ones under that tag. Especially on alien species.

Since if we follow Halites view on the issue in this thread as well: "Nope.
You can have a human shaped penis in a sheath. Animal_genitalia should only be in reference to the actual penis/vagina shape."

Then this shouldn't be tagged with animal_genitalia either, since there might as well be a human penis in the genital slit.
