Even the video fully charged, for me dont work fine, have to wait like 20 seconds for the next part reproduce and stop again, need help about how fix it...
The youtube works fine if you think about my cores or RAM

Webm uses a bunch of different codecs under the same webm label, and most browsers will try to use hardware decoding to reduce CPU strain. The result of this is that older phones (2015 or prior) sometimes don't support all webm codecs for hardware decoding and will tank performance. If you can download the file and play it in a dedicated video player which allows you to select the renderer, then try changing the renderer from hardware to software.

My player of choice is MX Player (I use paid but the free one will work just as well) with these custom codecs installed.

Also some videos with tags hi_res and high_framerate can be extremely demanding, because unlike youtube we do not offer samples at this point, so you will always get the largest file at all times where youtube can be below maximum available version.

I have requested sample sizes, but after couple months there's no responce on that, forum #261460

I have been copy-pasting artists gfycat links to descriptions if available, they always use low bitrates and VP8 for highest compatibility, so if you are having problems, seek out for that or possible streaming sites in sources.
