It's actually Rule 34.2: "There are ponies of it, no exceptions."
Rule 35.2 states "If no pony is found of it, it will be made."
Rule 780 repeats Rule 34.2: "If it exists, there's pony of it."
Ironically Rule 85 is "Retarded rules are forbidden."

The point is the rules have duplicates and sometimes get shuffled, changed, or deleted. As Moon_Moon pointed out, it was once called Rule 34P. Rule aliases should not be created until they have a deep embedding into pop culture under a single term. I say just clean up as needed or alias to invalid tag. IMO Rule 34 and Rule 63 are the only ones that need to stay.

Apparently rule 85 is: Yes, it is some chickens.
And it was that a full 2 years prior to the season 1 premiere of MLP:FiM.
So, ponies can fuck off, the rule's already taken.
